Get to know Monica Alegria
Monica stepped into the events industry by accident. A true believer of being at the right place at the right time, she jokes that the universe just lined her up with true calling when it was the right time.
Her event planning career started with a temporary receptionist job at a beautiful, new venue in the West Loop. After some staff changes, Monica was presented the opportunity to run the venue's events, which she happily accepted.
After 4 years successfully running the social events for the venue, it was clear that she had found her natural calling. She spent another year working at a Historical Landmark managing many events from social, corporate and fundraisers before venturing out on her own.
Monica happily states that her job is to make event dreams come true. With a patient, listening ear and passion to deliver the best care for people's wants and needs, she forms bonds with her clients and delivers events beyond their expectations.
